Spirulina Smoothie with Coconut Milk & Mango

“Bali Delight"
  • A refreshing smoothie with a fruity touch.
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 glasses of coconut water
  • one peeled and diced mango (ripe)
  • 1/2 glas of coconut milk (creamy)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of a natural sweetener (according to your own taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger sap (the juice extracted from freshly pressed ginger)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of Spirulina Powder

How To Make Spirulina Smoothie With Coconut Milk & mango

Blend all ingredients at the same time, chill & serve. Excellent for a hot summer day. (serves 4) You can also make a lighter smoothie replacing the coconut milk by water & unsweetened mango juice.
In the summer some crushed ice can be added this smoothie.
