Spirulina smoothie with coconut milk and raw cacao

“Spirulina Bounty"
  • 1 cup of coconut milk and one cup of water (approx. 200 ml in total)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon of Spirulina powder
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon of coconut or palm sugar
  • 2 to 4 tbsp. of dried grated coconut
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. of raw cacao nibbles
  • some aquafaba (optional)
  • some crushed ice (optional)

How To Make Spirulina Smoothie With Coconut Milk and Raw Cacao

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! The raw cacao nibbles can be made into a powder using a spice or coffee grinder. You can also replace the nibbles with some dark cocoa powder. The aquafaba can be added just before serving and stirred in gently.
Add some crushed ice for a cooling bounty smoothie in the summer.
