Ingredients Spirulina Smoothie with Avocado
2 to 3 glasses of water, according to the texture you want to achieve
1 ripe medium avocado (cut in cubes)
one teaspoon of pine nuts
1 to 2 tbsp of Spirulina Powder
pinch of salt & pepper
pinch of chilli powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic (5 grams, optional)
The garlic can be advantageously replaced by a wonderful spice called “hing" which is made from “Asafoetida” plant.
How To Make Spirulina Smoothie with Avocado
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.
This is a very creamy and nourishing smoothie that can easily replace a meal due to its high content in nutrients.
This smoothie-meal will provide you with approx. 700 calories, 22 grams of protein, 35 grams of fat, only 5 of them saturated, 90 grams of carbohydrates, 45 grams of natural sugars, 13 grams of dietary fiber, 200 milligrams of sodium and 20 milligrams of cholesterol.
