Spirulina & Seaweed Patties 

Ingredients for Spirulina & Seaweed Patties 

“Fishy Fish"
  • 1 tablespoon Spirulina (10 to 15 grams according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of soaked of fresh wakame or hiziki seaweed (any other seaweed of your choice will do)
  • 100 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 50 grams soaked oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Some fried onions (optional)

How To Make Spirulina & Seaweeds patties 

Spirulina is such a unique food of its kind that it does not need to be enhanced by any other superfood with the exception of chia seeds and hemp seeds, for a creamier texture.
It enriches almost any salty recipe you love; it is a good replacement for meat and fish in any patty or ball. It is great as a special ingredient in home-made pasta too.
well in a blender, form small patties (3 to 4 cm in diameter), oven bake or fry until golden brown and…enjoy!
Serve with your favorite sauce.
