Ingredients for Spirulina & Moringa Tomato Juice Smoothie

“Spirulina & Moringa Gazpacho”
  • 1 cups of water and one 1 of gazpacho (check recipe bellow*)
  • 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch of pepper (optional)
  • A drop of Tabasco sauce (optional)

How To Make
Spirulina & Moringa Tomato Juice Smoothie

Blend all ingredients well together and enjoy!

*the gazpacho, a traditional refreshing and nutritious Spanish “smoothie" is made by blending a peeled cucumber, 3 whole juicy tomatoes, 50 grams of fresh red bell pepper, a teaspoon of lemon or vinegar, some salt & pepper, 3 teaspoon of virgin olive oil, 25 grams of dried white bread, two cups of water.
