    or
  • 1 cup of water and one of unsweetened rice milk (or any cereal, seed, nut-milk)
  • Half banana
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Wheatgrass Powder
