Ingredients for green spirulina smoothie bowl

  • Spirulina Poké Bowl
    150 g Quinoa (3 colored Quinoa is great for this dish, the plain variety is fine too)
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 large carrot cooked & sliced
  • *1 – 2 tbsp apple or rice vinegar
  • *1 – 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • *1 – 2 tbsp of Spirulina Powder
    according to your own taste
  • *2-3 tbsp of water
  • 1 – 2 tbsp of sesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or similar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

How To Make Green Spirulina Bowl

Spirulina Poké Bowl:
This is a very nice, quick & healthy lunch full of nutrients thanks to the enriching touch of the Spirulina powder.
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and Spirulina powder and set apart.
Save the sesame seeds for decorating the bowl. Arrange all the other ingredients nicely in a bowl, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with sesame seed.
